Didymos

#410/500

Didymos, the two-headed beast of prophecy, was a creature of myth and legend in the world of Zagreus. Its lion body was massive and powerful, and its two heads were the source of its mystical powers. One head had the fierce horns of a ram, while the other had the powerful jaws of a lion.

Legend had it that Didymos could see into the future and foretell the fate of those who crossed its path. Some believed it was a messenger of the god Ezrus, while others thought it was a harbinger of his wrath. Regardless, the creature was revered and feared in equal measure.

It was said that Didymos only appeared during times of great crisis or when important events were about to occur. It was often seen in the midst of massive fires, walking calmly through the flames without being harmed.

When Didymos spoke, it was with a voice that boomed like thunder, and its words carried the weight of fate itself. Some claimed that its prophecies were always accurate, while others believed that it spoke only in riddles and half-truths.

Despite the fear that surrounded it, there were those who sought out Didymos in the hopes of hearing its wisdom and unlocking the secrets of the future. But to approach the two-headed beast was to risk everything, for its power was as great as its unpredictability.
